Dave’s landscape painting workshops are designed for all levels of ability and focus on concepts and techniques derived from years of plein air painting. Join this unique Mexican themed Zoom Workshop from the comfort of your home!
Day 1: We’ll begin with a slideshow and lecture on color and composition which has become very popular among my workshop students and serves as the foundation for my instruction. Then we’ll take a break for lunch before I do a live “paint-along” demo. I’ll send reference material before the workshop begins and artists will be encouraged to paint along with me.
Day 2: we’ll start off with another “paint-along” demo in the morning and in the afternoon we’ll have an informal critique with questions and answers, (and perhaps a few margaritas).
